How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee beans?
We roast our beans in small batches and pack them in one-way valve bags immediately after roasting to preserve maximum flavor and aroma.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders, with free delivery on orders over $50.
Can I return food products if I am not satisfied?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on perishable food items. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for a full refund or replacement.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for cafes or offices?
