Returns & Exchanges
At Beanwise, we strive to ensure every cup is perfect, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on non-perishable items and unopened coffee within 30 days. Please note that for food safety reasons, opened consumable products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Return Process
- 1.Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is unopened, in its original packaging, and within the 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 3.Package Your Item
Securely pack the items in their original box and clearly write the assigned RA number on the outside of the package.
- 4.Ship and Refund
Send the package back to our warehouse; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
